On November 17, 2017, starting at 9:00 a.m., the AIDB 2017 National Conference will be held at the headquarters of the National Research Council (CNR) in Rome on the topic“Industry 4.0 and the IoT: The Role of Patents and Patent Information.”

From September 9 to 11, 2018, the CEPIUG 10th Year Anniversary Conference—a leading international event for all patent documentation specialists—will be held at the Bovisa Campus of the Politecnico di Milano.

The Members’ Meeting held on December 17, 2020, approved the Association’s new Bylaws and new Rules.

After a few years on hiatus due to the pandemic, the National Conference of the Italian Association of Patent Documentalists (AIDB) is finally returning; it will be held at and in collaboration with the University of Florence. The AIDB Conference is free and open to everyone, upon registration.

On Thursday, April 27, at 6:30 a.m. on first call and at 2:30 p.m. on second call, the ordinary members’ meeting of the Italian Association of Patent Documentalists will be held online. All members in good standing for the current year are invited to attend.
