On December 2, 2016, starting at 9:00 a.m., the AIDB 2016 National Conference will be held at the Hotel Relais Monaco in Ponzano Veneto (Treviso) on the topic “Patent Information for Industry and Market Applications” – Patent information to support industry and market applications.
The annual conference of the Italian Association of Patent Information Specialists (AIDB) is one of the leading national events in the field of technical, scientific, and legal information. The 2016 edition of the conference, organized in collaboration with T2i – Technology Transfer and Innovation, is dedicated to the topic of patent information applied to the needs of industry and market analysis. The conference aims to serve as a forum for in-depth discussion and exchange, with the goal of promoting the use of millions of patent documents—an immense resource that remains largely untapped by companies. The initiative is aimed at micro-enterprises, SMEs, the research community, and professionals.
The conference will award 5 continuing education credits to members ofthe Order of Industrial Property Consultants.
The conference languages are Italian and English.
The event will be preceded, on December 1, 2016, by a series of workshops organized by the leading providers of patent information services and bythe AIDB Annual Members’ Meeting.
