AIDB 2025 Conference, September 9–10, Venice/Mestre

The National Conference of the Italian Association of Patent Documentalists will be held from Monday, September 8, to Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at and in collaboration withCa’ Foscari University of Venice, PInK Office — Promotion of Innovation and Know-how — on a highly topical issue: “Intellectual Property and Artificial Intelligence: The Future Is Already Here—Guidelines for Informed Use.”

Today, everyone is working on AI, and there is a great deal of interest in the subject, so we, too, want to explore the topic from every angle, and we’ll do so with distinguished representatives from academia, intellectual property offices, businesses and business associations, industrial property consultants, and, of course, patent document specialists and service providers. There will also be international guests, including leading representatives from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO).

The event is open to everyone and free of charge, but registration is required. It will be held at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice Science Campus, located at Via Torino 155 in Mestre, in the Danilo Mainardi Auditorium, Alfa Building.

The event is accredited by the Order of Industrial Property Consultants.

During the conference on the 9th, attendees will be able to visit the information booths of companies that provide professional services for patent research and analysis.
